Moving Taskbar to the bottom?

i've had my axim for a couple weeks now so i'm still a major newbie - please bear with me.

basically i am trying to get my "desktop" to look something like this (taken from a SS posted by Xcilion in this thread: http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showthread.php?t=112765 ):

http://img243.imageshack.us/my.php?i...desktopnb9.jpg

i read through as many guides on WA2 and WAD as i could, searched through posts here, and there were a couple things i still could not find out

1. how to move the taskbar to the bottom of the screen and

2. how to alter the appearance and icons in the actual start menu itself so that it looks like vista.

if anyone (perhaps Xcilion himself) could help me out or at least direct me towards some documentation where i can discover it on my own i would be forever grateful!!

That is using Wisbar Advanced Desktop, which is a skinning software that changes the looks, etc of the axim. Its commercial ($), software. Then you just need to download and apply that vista skin.

WOW, that is pretty cool lookin.

if you're a wm2003/2003se user you may want to try eXperience (free but doesn't work with wm5)

yea i purchased both WA2 and WAD. 2 of only 4 software purchases i've made for my Axim actually, and they were definitely worth it.

i think i figured out the top bar problem. i did some more reading and looking through the files. the "top bar" on the bottom isn't actually *the* top bar/task manager. the task manager has been made invisible and i'm fairly certain that's a newly constructed bar with buttons made with WAD. the start menu is also a "fake" start menu too. i could be wrong though

I just assume now that if a new user doesn't specify, the odds are theyre probably using a x51.

yea i'm using an X51v with WM5. this post from SBSH forums confirms what i thought earlier - the bottom taskbar is a fabricated dock item from WAD. still very cool, although i've decided to keep my normal taskbar at the top.
