Any help would be appreciated...

I have an Axim x5 running the 2003 OS as well as Pocket Breeze and Wisbar Advance 2.6.01.

Anyway, from my understanding the X5 is a QVGA, which I assume means skins for WA that re for QVGA would all work. However, I have problems getting about 50% of the skins that I download to work. I am only downloading skins that specify that they are QVGA. When I try to do the custom import in WA, i select the folder but when I hit the OK button (upper right corner) to finish the import nothing happens. It stays on the "Import Theme" page until I try and import a skin that it likes. Any ideas?

Here is an example of the problem. Juni's "Tranquility" imports just fine, but "Explorer" doesn't. I could have sworn "Explorer used to work but then I had do a hard reset on my Axim. "Scuba" does not work either. Only about 1/2 of Juni's skins work on my WA. Also, on the Lakeridge forums, I have downloaded several QVGA skins. Only about 1/2 of them work. The rest do what i have explained.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Hello,

I allways do the following;
Copy the map from the .zip file for the theme (for example my edited theme for the Dell Axim X50...:) ) in the map:
c:\program files\lakeridge\Wisbar Advance\Themes\
In the last map, you put the map with your theme (just copy!).

Then start Wisbar and open the settings
In My theme's you will see the installed theme's. Click on it, push the green mark icon on the bottom and it will load.

You might want to try the beta for WA2. It's been out a long time and works much better than their last release (at least for me). You can download it from the discussion area of their site.
