Best Free or Paid Theme Creator?

I use Theme Generator by microsoft. I don't know about being the best, but it is free. It says for ppc 2002, but I use it on wm2003 se and it works just fine.

Have a look at this one that's free. Just click the "English version" towards the bottom of the page and you'll download the program in English (if that's the language you're looking for.)

I'd have to vote for themeGenCE as well, works great, supports landscape and wm5, too. :approve: :approve:

It just unpacks on onto your pc as an executable and be run from anywhere. Since you do all your work on the pc (ie save many versions) so playing around with it, really is the best way. There is a help file in English and a small tutorial here..

If only it worked for brushing up on my french!
