You need a screenshot app. I think there is one on the Dell CD (Resco), but I like Magic Screenshot. You can assign it one of your hardware buttons. When you want to take a pic, you just press the button. Easy as pie!

To make things espcially complicated, the site seemed to be down the first few times I visited it, but it seems to be working now. Enjoy.

Inertial

I know you're probably looking for something more than just taking shots of your themes, but if that's all you're doing I simply use ThemeMaker Pro to do it for me. When I'm done making my theme, I right click in the main display area of the theme and select the Theme Screen Capture.

I'm not sure but I'm guessing the Lite version can do this too.
