You need to have PocketFacelift to have the theme appear full screen. The company that makes pocketfacelift has an application that you can use to make the full screen themes. If you are interested go to http://www.pocketfacelift.com go to their forums, then the themes forum. You can find the app there.

The weather portion is a program called Journal Bar by Omega One. The Battery portion is also a part of Pocket Facelift. Kinda spiffy huh...
