Editing themes on WM2003

Is there any application that will edit themes on my handheld rather than on my PC? Sometime I wanna change a font color or something on a theme that someone else has done. It's a pain to load it on to the PC just to do a simple tweak.

I think that no one replied is because they could not find an answer or did not know of any program.

Try Tweaks2k2. A program where you can change today font color and lots of other things.
