Was it that Microsoft ran out of Dollars on the completion of Windows Mobile, the Wait logo (designed and drawn by a 5 year old), well just change, it have found this little web site with nice wait logos like mine a spinning http://www.downloadcounter.com/cgi-b...uty&account=26 (yin yan), if anyone is interested here is the site: JuryDuty's Customize wait Symbol its better than a school kids drawing

Thanks for the link to this program, tried it and have it installed already....selected from the site quite a bit of icons that I liked, but ended up keeping just a few. I will try to make my own icons soon...

for some reson that doesnt work for me. even doing it manually after the soft reset its still thesame old boring circle crap any ideas?

There an installer you must use first which will work and replace your old wait logo with a hamster first, then you can manually change to whatever you want.

i get the hamster but can't change from there. I unzip on I like and rename, put it in windows folder, soft reset and still hampster whats up?

Right your nearly there, next go into the windows folder and look for the file gwes.exe.0409.mui next rename it with same name with a 1 at the back because you cant overwrite the file because it is being used, next copy and paste your new gwes.exe.0409.mui into the windows folder and then do a soft reset, the only file that works is the file name gwes.exe.0409.mui, the reason you put a number at the back is you can delete the new ones and resort back to your previous logo, hope this help you.

Glad you,ve got it now, some of the Wait Logos are Really good, and an answer to your question (how do you figure it out) is I work with Mac's, PC's, Networks, Lazer Imageing devices every Day, and Half the Crap Microsoft Do is just Domination of an ever Growing Market of PC's where people with little knowledge have their wallets emptied by so called Customer Services (reading from a flow chart to solve their problems). So back to the main Item yes! have fun with your wait logos
