I did my very first theme today that is completly transparent

I know the results arent that great but this was my first try. You have probably seen this be done to a computer, ipod, etc, but i hope im first out on a pocket pc! =)

Does anybody know a good theme-creator? I only found MS Theme something 2002 and it doesnt seam to support VGA
