Version 2.4.0.1
Enhancements
-Added translations into multiple languages.
-Added support for PocketPC Phone devices.
-Added the ability to skin the task panel.
-Redesigned the settings program to more user friendly.
-Added a plugin framework to extend the program's functionality.
-Added the ability to view the My Documents directory on the cascading start menu.
-Added the ability to view the PIE Favorites on the cascading start menu.
-Added the ability to use colors for the start menu instead of background images.
-Added an option to sort the folders in the cascading start menu to the bottom of the list instead of at the top (similar to Pocket Facelift).
-Optimized several rendering routines.
-Moved the start menu shortcuts into a WisBar Advance subdirectory.
-Added an option to hide/show the SIP button on a winder by window basis.
-Added support for the "HP Protect Tools" control panel applet.
-Added an option to hide the connection icon when the device is not connected to a network.
-Added an option to override all of the skin's fonts with a specified font.
-Added the ability to search additional directories for themes.
-If the current theme is stored on a storage card, WisBar Advance will wait up to 20 seconds for the card to be initialized before continuing with the theme loading.
-WisBar Advance 1.x themes are now listed in the themes list. However, when they are applied, they will be imported into the "Custom Theme" settings and "Custom Theme" will automatically be applied.
-Added a glow effect for all fonts. Skinners: if you want to use the glow effect, add "glow" (without the quotes) to the font style and set the shadow color to the appropriate color.
Note: Shadow and glow are mutually exclusive. Having both glow and shadow in the font style will cause shadow to take precedence.
Reimplemented the skinned radio buttons and checkboxes.
-Added VGA resources for use in SEVGA mode.
-When the battery is charging, the battery icon is now animated.
Bugs Fixed

-Corrected issues with Dell Axim devices.
-Fixed incompatibilities with several system utilities.
-Enhanced the cascading start menu with several options to either conserve memory or increase speed.
-Fixed some lockups that occurred when closing applications.

-Added several delay options to aid in "playing nicely" with other applications.
-Fixed several memory leaks.
-Added an option for the iPaq h55xx series of devices in order to fix some issues with the sound system. This option is "Disable extended sound hook" and is located on the "General Settings" page.

-Fixed a bug where programs with a leading or trailing space would not be recognized correctly after a custom action for that window is set.
-Fixed the 1-pixel Today screen bug on WM2003 QVGA devices.
-Fixed a bug where there would be a black line stretching across most of the bottom of the screen when running an application that is not skinned.
-Fixed the font smoothing in the menubars of a QVGA app running on a VGA device.
-Made a modification to the task manager so that some windows which were not previously included are now included in the running task list.
-Corrected an issue where the Calligrapher toolbar would disappear on the today screen.
-Adjusted the program so that if there is no landscape background specified, the portrait background will be used instead.

-Fixed a bug where some required hidden windows could get inadvertantly closed.
-Modified the focused window change detection routines to more accurately detect when a new window has become focused.
-Rewrote the task panel in order to use less memory resources.
-Control panel applets on the expanding start menu now appear in their correct subfolders.
