I found themes at the Microsoft site, but I am not sure how to install them.

Drop it into your /Windows folder

..or your My Documents folder on either main memory or storage (main memory is preferred).

And for theme Manager you can use this or this.

I use ThemeMaster. This is a good app because the 'My Documents' folder does not get cluttered. I stick all my themes in a folder called 'Today Themes' on my SD Card. The app also has automatic theme rotation.
