Theme managers

Has anyone seen a theme manager that runs on a ppc and allows you to preview the pictures , rename them and hopefully change the text color and automatically change the theme every day.
I hope thatS not to much to ask

That would be my answer. I'm not sure it rotates the themes, but you can do some editing. This in combination with the MS theme generator offers a fair amount of flexibility for free. Although it says it is only for 2002, it works for 2003 and with spb theme generator and some tinkering you can even make extended landscape themes. All for free.
