Theme Generator Help

I am having a problem with the Microsoft Pocket PC 2002 Theme Generator. It won't let me save any themes as a JPEG files only windows bitmaps. The error I receivce is this:

Error: cabfile"c\documen~1\George\locals~1\temp\matrixtwins2.Ipaq .cab"

I don't use an Ipaq, so does that have anything to do with it? Has anyone else encountered this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the programs many times and have downloaded from different links and I still have the same problem. Since they are in Bitmap format the files are too big to upload to this bb. Can someone shed some light on this for me? Thank you in advance.

You only save themes as .tsk files from theme generator so i am a bit confused as to what you are trying to do?

Thank you for the reply. Yes I am trying to save it as a .tsk, when you get to the end and you click finish I get the error above. When you click the advance button, it brings up a window that lets you choose JPEG or Windows Bitmap. If I do not switch it to bitmap I get the error listed above. Thank you for the suggestion of changing the file to jpeg, I had already done that and that works fine but I shouldn't have to change it if the Theme Genorator did what it was supposed to do. Do you have any other ideas?

I have an additional question, I was looking over some of the downloaded themes that I have and the size of the file is about 41k. The .tsk files that I have successfully created are about 331K. Is that because they are in BMP format? If so then that brings be back to my original question above.

Are you running Windows XP? I know that there is a version that has problems with XP.

I've never seen those options before. I just click finish and it asks me where to put the file. It's never asked me about jpg or bmp etc.

Maybe I'm running a different version?

Yes I am running XP, I thought I had the version for xp too but I could be wrong. Here is what I get with my Theme Generator. the quality is bad but I think you can see what Im talking about. I click on the advance button and this is the screen that pops up. If I do not select windows bitmap then I get the error in the above post. Hope this helps

Hmm.. No idea. Do a search on theme and XP and see what you find..
