The Weather Panel forum sems to be gone, but does anyone remember how to get the moon phases to work on the Weather Panel app? Some smart person created a new Moon folder for the Weather Panel program that actually was correct. Does anyone have a link to that and where in the WP Icon folder to place them. My moon phase always says 0%, even though today is 13%.

Thank you both for your replies, but I just cannot get my moons to display (well they display but at a constant 0%). I worked on it for 3 hours last night, even uninstalled and clean re-installed WP, did the update of the new .dll file and still - no moons. I even found the .zip file of the nice moons (regular, large and and mini) that someone created on the WP forum. Just a stupid question, but when you do the update of the WP .dll file is the old .dll (that you have renamed) supposed to remain in the WP folder or can you now delete it?? I am pretty sure I have a moon folders in the correct place - I have them in the Icon folders, for each skin I am using. I have Default, and Animated Icons and the new SW Deluxe by Juni. I have my WP installed on my SD card and was using it as a tab in Pocket Breeze, but have switched it to being on the Today screen not in Pocket Breeze to see if that made a difference. NADA

Where did you put the DLL? I've renamed the old one, and the weatherpanel.dll is in my \Program Files\Marsware\Weatherpanel\ ...FYI have my WP installed to my CF card, but the DLL *I THINK* may need to be in the path I named above.

You said that you installed the new dll, did you do a reboot?

The dll that you updated was in the main program directory, main memory, not on the SD/CF card right?

Nooooo, I did put the new .dll in the WP folder on my SD card. I feel so stupid, I guess it was not clear to me that the switch had to be made on main memory and I made all of my changes to the SD card only. I just now went and found WP in my main memory (Programs-Marsware-Weather Panel) and renamed it and copied the new .dll from the SD card, rebooted ------------- and I have a 17% moon!!

this is incredible, I can't thank you both enough for your persistence and help. Maybe the sticky on the WP forum should indicate clearly that these changes to the .dll must be made on main memory, for dumbies like me

Good work. For what it's worth, I think I had the same problem myself way back when, but fixed it through trial and error.
