Question are there any -decent- theme managers for WM5?

I'm looking for a theme manager for my Axim X51v.
There aren't many to choose from, or at least they're hard to find if there are more.

I've seen Theme Manager Plus & FunnySnake ThemeKing Plus (who now seems to be out of business) - besides, these two are primarily for WM2003.

Does anyone make one? It doesn't matter if it's free or a paid app. I just want something that works - preferably with preview ability.

Try VITO Theme Editor. I haven't tried it myself but it won a Smartphone and Pocket PC finalist award. Obviously, not freeware.

I agree with maceyr. VITO theme editor is pretty good. It does have a free demo and it only cost about $15.00. :approve:

Works with WM2003 and WM5

Personally, I use Pocket Theme Manager2 by BVRP. It wasn't cheap ($15.00) , but it's the only one that has consistently worked for me, and you can import flash videos into it to create animated today screens. Find it Here: Pocket Theme Manager
To Play your animated themes, use this program Here: Pocket PC Software, Pocket PC Themes for Pocket PC and Windows Mobile - Home of Animated Today 2002 and Animated Themes
To see some themes I have created (both animated and static) using Pocket Theme Manager2, go Here: http://www.aximsite.com/boards/theme...enjoyment.html

Here are two themes I recently developed:

Beach: Beach.tsk

Purple Bloom: Beach.tsk

Hope this helps...

Thanks, but no good....

Vito is strictly a PC based Theme Editor, with no accompanying PPC manager (I guess I should have been more specific on that).

BVRP is for WM2003SE or earlier - during install it even says it might now work properly as it was designed for an earlier version OS...

Thanks anyway.

Vito Theme Editor will make themes for your PPC. It does for mine anyway.

Maybe we don't understand what you want to do exactly. Are you wanting a program that will loop to the different themes you have?

even though BVRP's program is for PPC2K3, it will display just fine on a wm5 device. I have an X51v, and all the themes I have made display just fine. To date, I have had absolutely no issues at all with this software, all the other theme generators and managers I have tried since then have given me no end of trouble.
