I found Pocket PC Theme Generator Power Toy 2.0 on microsoft.com but it only works with Pocket PC 2002. Either I'm blind or they don't have on for 2003.

Anyone know of any other free theme manager programs?

The theme generator installs on your PC and the themes work fine on wm2003 the bit that isnt wm2003 compatible is the theme switcher.

yeah... but in ppc2003 you can also change the colors for the start menu! check out the themes microsoft made on their website, the start menu text is in white! they just won't release the 2003 version... my guess is they are making one to sell.

You can make a picture background in the theme generator for 2002. Guess all you need here is a pure white jpg.

jus copy the *.tsk file to the windows directory and you can select it in the today theme chooser on 2003.

(sorry misread - I know you can use nyditot virtual display to change the text on menus - but it costs a penny or two).
