Themes-how to

I have downloaded a lot of Themes from DreamyHouse. I have them in My Document folder on SD Card. How do I use them? When I click on TODAY, Appearance etc. and browse to the folder nothing appears as it apparently is looking for MY PICTURES??? Is there a separate program somehow that uses them. They are beautiful but not useful if I can't use them with PPC 2003 Thanks for help for this NEWBIE

Don't put them in any folder in your SD Card. It doesn't look for things in folders on Memory Cards. Cut and Paste your themes to the actual card folder not sub-card folders (like in your case "My Documents")

Tell me if you get what i just said, cause I kinda worded it wierd. Hope this helps! Also by doing what i said above, it will reconize the themes at Start > Settings > Today. You do not need another program.

Thanks! Mark. I'll try that. I did download about 10 from MS. I guess that is where they went--not sure which folder at the moment but they are on the TODAY list.

The DreamyHouse Themes are several 100 gorgeous themes, but afraid they'll use all internal card memory. Yes you did make sense.

I bought the X5-300 used to see if I'd like PDAs. I've added SD-128 & CF-256 and bought a used Target 56k modem CF (for travel) & upgraded to PPC2003. Will probably stick with Dell and upgrade someday.

I'd like to independently network to home phoneline network--but haven't figured out how. May join the growing WiFi networking crowd!!

BTW I bought program called HackMaster which overclocks nicely to almost 400, and will overclock a 400 to nearly 500.
:)

Don't mean to change the subject, but where did you get your hackmaster program?

Please let me know.

www.handango.com $9.99 but it is available from several sites selling PDA software, be sure to get the latest revision which just came out, but buying it guarantees free updates forever. It has a somewhat funny registration that is tied to the PDA ID. When I exchanged base unit, I had to get new registration# which was free--just a bit of a hassle. Here is a site that shows how it works. I don't understand most of it, so I read on-line manual & simply set the x5 300 to the max the manual said. There is one of x5 400,too. I didn't fool with the rest of the stuff as I hate re-installing, restoring, etc.

There are other overclocking programs, too. I just settled on this one when someone on this forum under different topic mentioned it.

Thank you for the information. I'll give it a shot
