What Theme Generator

I have an Axim X3 and am looking for a theme generator. Which do you reccomend for PPC 2003? Thanks.

I have a similar question and found thought it would be pointless to create a new thread. I would like to know what program to use to switch themes and would be compatible with Pocket PC 2003. It doesn't need to create themes, just switch them.

I'll jump in too. I've been using the basic microsoft one for my PPC 2003 but haven't found it too reliable with certain themes in my rotation being taken off at random. Would like to know a good theme manager before I pay for it. Thanks.
