ok, I installed icbar and downloaded a theme....but... I still have the red x from my ppc on the far right and the start button on icbar and all the other buttons are also to the far right... hidden under the previous red x... so, how do I remove the original red x and how do I switch the start button and all to the far left in the place of where the start button usually is? thanks

To add to the question, I'm using Gigabar and just installed Icbar and I don't see the red x's at all. Are the two programs incompatible?

Open the Icbar settings on your Ax. There you will find a wealth of settings including arranging the icons you have.

Have you selected anything in setup? If not, open Icbar's settings on your Ax. There you will find a wealth of settings.

yes I see you can arrange the icons but it doesnt allow for proper aligning
