brightness of today background picture
Hi. I used to know this, but I can't drudge it out of my temporal lobes. Can someone help?

I have a famly picture as my today panel picture. But, it looks too washed out, colourless. Somewhere there is a setting, expressed as a percentage, which allows me to control how vivid or washed out (opaque) the backgroun today picture looks. Does anyone know where that is?
