losing the horizontal line?

How do I get rid of those annoying horizontal lines on the today screen? Preferably without installing any applications. Tips? Suggestions?

I was asking the same questions couple of times but
it seems to be that without any new application
this is impossible..... Sorry... You need to use Icabr
or Wisbar.. Good luck..

BUT if you find how to get rid of them in the easier way
