MS Theme Generator window too small
I have tried several times without success to use MS Theme Generator V2. It installs fine and lets me choose pictures, etc. but the window is too small (about 1/3 a regular size, showing only the left/top section of the image of the theme that is being created. Therefore I can't access any buttons to modify of save my work. There is no way to maximize the window either by a menu, button or dragging. I am running XP Home.

This problem has been reported on this website before -- by me. Check to make sure that the fonts on your desktop machine are set to "Normal Size" (right-click on the desktop, choose "Properties", then "Settings", then "Advanced"). When I have mine set to "Large Fonts" I have exactly the same problem.

Setting fonts to "Normal Size" fixes the problem.

I've tryed using this software to make TSK files for Wisbar advanced.

When I insert the 268x240 jpeg background file (top & bottom bars are 26x240) and save the file as a Windows theme the background dosen't line up with the top & bottom bars and is a different colour to the original.

anybody now the reason ??

Thanks to the Review Team.....their advice worked. I guess the there are tradeoffs when using larger fonts on this laptop!

jb2001,
Try making your center section 268 x 241, as it somehow throws away the left edge of pixels. I create a 268 x 240 and then paste that onto a 268 x 241 background, justified to the right.
Save the files as a bmp and see if the color is correct.
