Question!
Do I absolutely need to have Theme Switcher installed on on the PPC before I can use the themes that I downloaded onto it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

No, I don't think so. Go to Start, Settings, Today. Any themes on your PPC should be listed and can be selected by tapping on them (the box "Use this picture..." does not need to be checked.)

No. In fact, some are reporting problems with their Ax and the automatic theme switchers.

The files are on my PPC (I see them in File Explorer), but they don't show up in >Today. Weird!!!! I thought it would automatically recognize the files as themes.

Try moving them to the \Windows\ folder. And they are *.tsk files, right?
