Theme Manager
I am looking for a good app to manage / switch my themes. I would love it if could show a preview before I load it.

Anyone have a good recommendation?

ThemeKing by FunnySnake (www.funnysnake.com) is a good one, allows preview, thumbnails, categorizing, and loads of features.

I use RPA's ThemeMaster. It doesn't take up a lot of space, and it works great.

Try Microsofts Theme Switcher, it is free and it works on 2003.
