How to Change Skins 101

I'd really appreciate it if someone could provide some simple instructions on how to use some of the cool skins posted here. Where do you drop them? Do you ned a specioal program? I'll save it so I don't have to ask again. Thanks.

By skins - if you mean themes - then paste them into the windows folder of your ax and then you can select it by going to start>settings>today>highlight the theme name - click OK and go back to the today screen

But if by skins you mean skins for programs like icbar & wmp then each are different...but if you supply more details I sure someone can help
