Ok, that may have been a bit harsh, but:
1) It looks like it was created in paintbrush by a 5 year old
2) It's a poor copy of the default XP background with the rolling grassy hills, why not just use that background?
3) You can't see the blue text over the blue background, this would give me a headache if I used it
What effect are you going for here? I thought you were just having a joke!
