I am probably overlooking something simple, but how do you change the font color on the Start menu? I am using Theme Generator to make a theme and need the font a different color to make it look right.
Thanks!
I have the same problem. I do not think that it is possible. Neither Microsoft Theme Generator nor ThemeMaker Lite can alter the Start Menu text color. This is an unfortinate omission.
Well, mud!
I have seen some themes with different colors in themenu and had hoped they were made with somthing I had access to :( Back to the drawing board!

This might be worth a try, it claims to Adjust all theme colours (NavBar, Command Bar, Message Boxes, Alerts, etc.) http://microsoft.handango.com/Platfo...StyleSheet.css
There's a free trial, so I guess there's nothing to loose.

To go ahead and answer the question that usually follows this... To change the color of the highlight/selected text in the start menu go to "HKLM\System\GWE" and then select "syscolor" It is one long string of RGB values separated by 00's. The section pertaining to the start menu selection color is the 13th index in the list.
