How do you install WISBar?

After downloading wisbar 1.4.2 from http://www.pelmarinc.com/html/pocket_pc.htm
you get a zip file with 3 files in it. How do you actually install the program and how do you install skins. Thanks!

You copy the ARM file over to your ppc and click on it there and it will install. Then just goto programs and you will see the wisbar program, click on it to launch it.
