I'm interested in this also, I'm hoping to have a website up this summer where PocketPC themes will be one of the things I'll be offering(free of course)

Resco Picture viewer and Pocket PC Controller both have a screenshot utility. I'm sure there are others, I just know these 2 have such capability.
