New skins?

I am having trouble finding new skins for wisbar advance. I have searched all the threads, and browsed through the 50 pages of "Show off your today screen," but I still cannot find many themes. The ones that I have found, I cannot get to work with wisbar. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Try this website: http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.as...library=14&u=0

They have skins used for SnoopSoft's Dashboard AND WisBar Advanced.

wilmiester,

What am I doing wrong? I downloaded a wisbar skin from the site you told me about. I unzipped the file and dropped the folders into my skins folder under Wisbar Advance which I have saved in my Program Files folder. When I go into the settings of wisbar and try to open the folders, it does not show the skins or any of the custom theme elements. Please help.

If you simply unzipped the Dashboard skin files from Wincustomize, you will have to navigate to the Wisbar advanced directory of the dashboard theme that you installed. You do not need to include the dashboard stuff at all if all you want is the WA skins.

Hmmmmm, well I see from your post you are indeed using Wisbar advanced and not just the regular version. Next go to the settings within Wisbar and go to the Theme tab. Ensure "Use a Theme File" is selected from the pull down list at the top. Then use the ... to browse to the location of the skin file you want to use. There is an import button, I don't really know what it is for.....

Anyone else with any idea's?

It's possible that the Wisbar Advance files that you are downloading are for older version of WA.

Maybe WA is not recognizing the theme file. If that's the case, you may just need to configure the skin elements manually through WA.

It takes longer, but I have had to do this on occasion.
