These are my first attempt at creating themes, using Thememaker Lite, so I thought I would post them and see what everyone thinks :D

The titles are self explanatory except "Little Birds" which is created from an image cpatured from the film Blackhawk Down sent to me by a friend. I would like to try image capture from DVD and would appreciate any advice on software.

Simple way without any clever software:
pause (freeze frame) and hit the PrtSc button. Switch to MS Paint or any other Graphics software and right click (and paste) or select new and paste.
You can edit from there and save as a JPEG.
