I have now totally ditched WAD2. Yes.. my today screen it not that fancy anymore but much to my surprise, I don't miss it at all! changed the sounds myself and using spb+.. performance is a LOT better with processor running at 208 MHz. made myself this in about 20 mins. going for the warm burnt orange/black look.. :)
Akajohndoe, he's probably using a VGA hack software, displaying native VGA. that's why everything's so small.
The screen capture program that came installed on my X50V snaps the screen to a .png file that is 480x640 and 115KB, which is too big to upload here, so I downsized it in PhotoShop. I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary reagrding VGA on the X50V, it's out of the box.
Correct. There are filesize limits (100K I think off the top of my head) as well as image dimension limits. The max height and width are both 450. I little inconvenient since the screen sizes are larger on the new VGA devices, but not as inconvenient as having to link to off-site image hosting.

Move along. There's nothing to read here.
Whatcha using to get the tabs and how did you size them small enough to get that many across?
I'd say to get the text that small that he is using an OzVGA or SEVGA "true VGA" mod. Personally I think it is too small for comfortable glance reading...
There are a number of programs to create tabs like that - SPB Pocket Plus is what I use, but there are different ones.

This site won't let me upload a 480x640; only a 450x450?
Great program, resides on your desktop only. Small and will
capture the screen, "Get Capture." You can then, click
on the button "Save BMP", toggle the option, save as a *.jpg.

The app is clauncher for the Icons, and sevga for the Vga. Clauncher allows you to adjust the size of Icons, text etc, both are free and Links to them in MYPDA section:approve:
