I don't use the SPB plugin, but I believe you have to launch WMP, play the playlist, minimize WMP and use the SPB plugin just to control.

No, you definitely don't need to launch WMP and leave it in the background for SpB to Play to work. However, I'm not sure what's preventing scarpad from being able to access his/her music files.

Scarpad - You may be able to shoot an e-mail to SpbSoftware to get some tech support. Good luck.

You can do this in Wisbar Advance 2 (www.lakeridgesoftware.com), if you have one or you can use Tweak2k2 (www.tweak2k2.com)

Ya, I have Tweak2k2 but is cuts off the last didget of the year...... only works well with x50v I guess

Don't have any problem with my x51v after applying the Tweaks2k2.
