That's right, I removed both BTTray.lnk and WirelessIcon.lnk from startup. I replaced those in iLauncher by BTswitcher and The WifiSwitcher posted in your WM5 tips thread. Both regular BT and Wifi Icon never come back.
Nota: In VGA standard mode the shortcut are in the traylaunch handled by ilauncher. In true VGA mde it's handled by a second instance of iLauncher, the first one is handled buy PB.
Merci Makuu, I run normal VGA. However I find the Tga icons don't show very well in the tray area by iL even in 32x32 tga format.

Hi everybody. I just bought a nice x51v and I really love it. I would like to place some icons on the taskbar like some of you have, but I haven't found the way to do it. Can somebody teach me how to do this, please?
It is called the System Tray and I use iLauncher to place icons there.
Thanks a lot, but is that the only way to place them on the system tray? Can you tweak the registry or place .lnk's somewhere? I have Pocket Informant and WebIS Mail and those are the only programs that place icons there.

There are some programs that do that, you have found a couple of them. There may be other programs that enable this like iLauncher does, but I'm unemcumbered by knowledge of them as I am regarding tweaks to accomplish this. Sorry! If you find alternatives, or someone else knows of alternatives, post them and thereby encumber me!

I just found a program called PHM Tray Launch. Google it and check it out. I haven't tried it, but its for WM5 and used to put icons in the System tray down the wifi and bt icon. Its prolly less of a memory hog then iLauncher if all you want is that one option.
