use this colour scheme as a guide ;)

Wisbar Advanced by Lakeridge Software allows you to skin the WM5 UI, which include the menubars (softkey bars), the taskbar, system buttons and more.

The colors of the top bar and the system tray can be changed with Tweaks2K2.net regardless of the theme underlying.
