This is a Wisbar Adv 2 theme and it includes the .skn file for the background

The only known issue is that the Connected button doesnt exactly blend with the other buttons (this is because the not connected blends with the style of the left side of the bar (see picture) and the connected blends with the style of the right side of the bar )...But it is not a huge deal
