is this useable if I do not have the Wisbar applications?

I'd like to use it with Pocket Breeze and Pocket Plus.

Where would I save the skin file and how would I "activate" it?

Hi MSP

Of course you can use only the sections of the skin you need, and just don't copy the skin sections you don't need.

With the skin pack ZIP file you will find full instructions how to install each section of the skin for each software
