I have been disappointed with "real VGA" because the text is too small to read. Initially, I had been focusing on trying to find VGA themes. However, if I plan to stay in QVGA mode most of the time, is there any benefit to using VGA themes?

on your x50v, there is no QVGA mode, the normal mode is still vga quality, just its not true vga like when you use OZVGA.
