I just downloaded some today themes from a web site and was wondering how to put them on my PPC. I'm kinda new at this.

Copy them to the \Windows folder of the PPC using Explorer within ActiveSync program. You will then be able to use them. BTW Welcome to aximsite.

Unzip them onto the PC (if they're zipped) then copy the tsk file, navigate to your windows folder on the Axim with ActiveSynch, and paste the file there. Then do Start, Settings, Today, highlight the file you just copied and check that you want to use it, check the top of the screen, and it should show up when you get back home.
