Refer to the first post, I have created a change history and have added the 'Blood' Skin. Again the skin is embedded in the .exe for ease of use and size. I really like this app, some may not but I'll keep pumpin out the skinz cuz i can :p

im sooooooo stupid.... i downloaded the shut down app and i spent an hour trying to figure out how the thing installed on my ppc. (i thought that you move 1 file out of the whole thing) then i figured out you transfer the WHOLE file to the ppc...................works great now

Ok, I played with the Icon since it was kinda washed out looking. It's now a little darker which makes it show up better, more crisp and defined.

I added an intermediate build called 'All Blue', and I changed the Icon in all three files to reflect the updated, crisper Power Button icon.

Hey MetalHead, the icon that comes up in the program folder has some white around the edges, anyway to clean it up just a tad (tad=2 smidges)

It does it for the b&w as well as blood

24va Do a soft reset and see if still does it. The icon on a PPC is held in memory and re-read on reset. The B&W icon should come up in black and yellow fyi.

I had that problem on one of Icon files that came across with a matte and didn't notice it until I'd reshacked & DL'd it. I think I fixed it last night but not sure, need more sleep.

If it still comes up a problem let me know.

Yeah Juni's skins are awesome. It would have been much easier if I had Juni's B&W BEFORE I built my skin but it did cause me to buy Juni's skin after I did the ShutXP skin cuz I liked the look so much. :p

I'll fix the bogus Icon's, I think that it's shrinking a 48x48 XP desktop icon that got trapped inside the resource load instead of pulling the 32x32, which could explain the ghosting problem on the edge of the orange icons.

I don't have LoRez device to test these out on but if someone want's to work with me I'll post a couple.

Any other ideas about skins. Soon I'll have to find work again so time may be a limited resource here :)

btw - that link to KNAC is pretty cool.

OK all the skins were updated today.

1) I corrected the ghosting problem with the Power Icons in all the files so it comes out much more crisp.
2) The check box has been altered slightly and it's lined up now.
3) I added a Blue version of the 'Blood' skin.
4) The Black & White theme skin top bar now has rounded edges and a drop shadow to compliment the Juni's B&W better.

Further improvements were made to the Black & White theme skin today.

Better tone to the top bar, button color (yellow) is closer to Juni's as well as text color. Status bar capsule is now modeled after the cancel capsule and the text has been standardized.
