Where do I find Vga themes that look like the quality on pocketthemes.com, but not having to change the screen to true vga?

umm... not changing to VGA defeats the purpose of having a VGA theme

but tha task bar is soooo small, is there a way to increase it? Cuz I increased tha fonts

The ones at pocketthemes.com will work fine in regular VGA. I have several of them. Unless you are talking about Wisbar Advance skins.
