Installing XUI files

Hello all

Fellow newbie in need of some

I downloaded a plugin for my Axim x30, but I was wondering how can I install it? The only instructions it gives me is to drag and drop it in Start-> Settings -> Interface -> Install.

Well first of all you have to have PPX installed. They've slashed the price to $9.99 for a limited time. Once you do that all will become clear.
