I have selected a pic as background, but is very hard to see. How do you adjust transparency settings. I am running AO2, preinstalled

yes, go start>programs>pictures>openthe thumb nail you want> toools> set as wallpaper> it wil then come up wirth a diolog box on how transparint the pic will be> chose> and done....

also 0% is no transparancy and 100% is total transparancy,to keep picture intack choose 0 and increase if you want to add some transparancy

Just download the free Microsoft Theme Generator. It works perfectly fine for all the tweaking of themes, including your background images. The only thing that doesn't work on it has to do with Window Mobile 2003 devices---you can't load the theme you worked on directly to your PocketPC. But that's not a big deal...just manually copy the file to your PocketPC via the ActiveSync explorer. I've had plenty of cases where I downloaded a theme and felt the background image wasn't translucent enough or the font colors, etc. were bogus. Theme Generator did a fine job.

Here. In the first one, I chose the wallpaper from Today settings. 2nd one I set it from picture viewer with 75% transparency.
