Sorry to bother you with my first question:

I have installed psShutXP and have downloaded some skins (QVGA).
How do I install them? Where do I have to copy the bitmaps to and do I have to rename them?

There are no special provisions built into this program to select a skin, all skin files have the same name, to change skins just put the new files in the program folder used by this program. Note that when you do this it will overwrite the existing skin. Most people who change skins with this program create a folder called skins within the program's folder with subfolders within named for each skin they use so they can copy and paste the skins to psshutxp program folder when switching themes.
