Lose complete Icbar skin when soft reset

I've had to do two soft resets and each time I lost the skin on Icbar. The program remains, but in its original state. I have to go back to set-up & re-apply the skin. Any ideas?
Axim x50v; XP skin from Icbar web site.

Do you have the skin on a storage card? Storage cards start up slow. If you place the skin in main memory or BIS it should work ok.
