I have all of my themes on a Sd 1 Gig card now but had them on my Axim before. Well sometime over the weekend something must of happened because they are still in my storage card folder but dont show up when I go to the today screen changer. All I have are the ones that came with my Axim.

Do I have to import them somehow? I didn't have to do anything before I just wanted to free up memory and now they cant be used. But are still on my card. Any help would be appreciated folks. Thanks.

Don't Panic!

If you have a card reader try running a scandisk with fix all errors checked. It sounds like your SD card has become corrupted.

But my Mp3's play fine and they are also on my sd card. Could there be another reason?

Go into your windows folder options and select to show hidden files and folders. Then check to make sure you don't have a file on your sd card called "Ignore my docs". If you do delete it and give it a shot there. Another option is to make sure you don't have them stored in any folders. I sometimes have trouble if they are in folders. Good Luck~

Well I tried it to no avail. But thanks for the suggestion. I just don't understand why all of a sudden they stopped showing up. Anybody else have any suggestions. I just don't want it to take up space on my ram. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

FROM A FAQ SOMEWHERE>>>1) Transfer the TSK file to your Pocket PC. These are the folders you can keep the TSK files under: "\My Documents" or "\Windows" or "\SD Card" or "\Storage Card" or "\CF Card" or "\SD Card\My Documents" or equivalents. Note that you should not put the TSK files under any subfolders of these folders, e.g. do not put your TSK file in "SD Card\Themes" Folder<<<

Dont bother deleting the IGNORE MY DOCS file because it will just reappear again and again if you reinsert the card. The only other way is to install a theme software onto your PPC, then the software will allow you to choose a different location. But aside from that this is the only way so far.

I wish this wasnt the case. On my WM2003SE Smartphone I was able to change the theme location in the registry, I tried forever to do the same in the PPC registry but to no avail. Sorry

Not that this will help Sigtau22 but the only reason ignore_my_docs would reappear is if you don't have and use a My Documents folder on your card.

It finally worked. A big thanks to Lomius, and Don't Panic!. I just moved my themes to my Documents and trashed the Themes folder I created. I also deleted the ignore my docs file and wala there they were again. Safe on my Sd card and not taking up any space on my Ram. Thanks for all the help guys.
