the wireless, bluetooth and connected icons?

I know that I downloaded some exe files that had updated 3d icons for the these, but is there any software that lets you define your own to fit into your theme?

thanks Fabre, I actually am using these now.. i was more wondering if there was some general program that let you change them... havent heard of any though..
