I've been playing around with the free Twomobile client for Windows Mobile 5+.

I use twitterfox currently for desktop and I currently don't have a client for my Tilt, but am planning on changing that

Well, I use PockeTwit to keep with Twitter, because of it's sleek and totally unique interface... Those screenshots are a little outdated, you really should try it out. It's way sweet
I've been using Twinkle for iPhone since the jailbreak era, and I don't plan on switching.
It's a great program, with Location Services and everything. There also used to be a jailbreak thing that would tweet where the phone was every 5 minutes - to be used if your phone gets stolen.

I have been playing around with Pocketwit and love the finger interface but have a few problems with it. It actually seems to do some weird things to the graphics on my Axim once I close the program. It causes all icons to get grayed out or go black and white.
I have actually been playing with Netfront browser a lot and REALLY like it. I am able to have multiple pages open and it doesn't seem to use up too much memory, so I can have Gmail, Mobilitysite (OF COURSE!), twitter and Google Reader all open at the same time. If I use Pocketwit it uses so much memory that I can't do much else. Of course, for those using the Touch Pro or something else with loads of memory this won't be a problem.
Since Netfront has the whole finger flick browsing experience I really like using it and it works just fine for twitter.
