I am buying a WM Pro phone to compliment my Ax, and I would preferr not to experience the whole 5billion dollar phone bill nightmare.

Does anyone know of a program that will ask me every time an application tries to use the wireless radios?

I have SPB wireless monitor to track overall consumption, but I would like to see it as it happens so I can kill anythign that tries to jack up my bill by connecting w/o permission.

Alternatively, is there a way to disable data, except wifi? The phone in question the the LG Incite.

Actually, I'm switching things up a little. Change that too the Moto Q Global with WM6.1 Standard. Does anyone know of an app that can help me out?
