I am not having any lock with this. Is there software available that will allow me to use my Tilt as a sign ature pad. What I need to do is have customer signature on reports that are in an excel & word formats. I don't want something that is going to simply save a signature on my Tilt & then have to paste into my document.

With this software I need to be able to select the field in the document on my laptop. When the customer signs their signature on my Tilt have it appear in my document simular to how a signature pad would work.

Hello there. Are you still interested on a signature pad software? I might have what you need. I am programing (and I'm actually already done with it) a similar program for the company I work for. They are trying to go paperless and they needed a signature pad for their HR department, and what I created for them works wonderfully. It consists of two programs.

One program on the Windows Mobile Handheld and the other on the computer. All you do is start the windows program, load the form (my program is limited to opening Rich Text files and Microsoft Word documents only), highlight the line where the person will sign and then click the "Get Signature" button. You must have your pda connected to the USB connection so that when you press the "Get Signature" button the computer remotely starts the program on your pda. The computer then prompts you to have employee-customer sign. The employee-customer then hits the "Done" button on the pda and all you have to do is click "Ok" on the computer and, wallah! you have a signature on your form in the computer.

The program is basically all complete but it needs people to test it for me so that I can release it once people feel it is complete.

Many delivery companies such as UPS or FedEx use signature software that runs on windows mobile. I have signed for packages using a pda, sometimes even an axim. So, there is stuff out there.

I know there is stuff out there but most are custom programs those companies paid to have created.
