bassically an attempt for a standard for portable apps and a method for launching them.
A whole lot about nothing if like to manage those things yourself

I am thinking that U3 is NOT compatable with Vista. My U3 drives do not work on Vista, BUT... I haven't taken the time to see why or if it is fixable.
